Rincon Opens Redlands Office and Hires Archaeological Program Manager

On December 1, 2016, Rincon Consultants opened the doors at a new location in Redlands, California. This office is intended to help better serve current Inland Empire clients and expand regional business while accommodating staff who live in the region, including newly hired Archaeological Program Manager, Benjamin “Benny” Vargas, MA, RPA.

Benny Vargas.jpgMr. Vargas comes to Rincon with 27 years of experience working on numerous and varied types of cultural resources projects throughout the southwestern United States. His professional experience includes all phases of survey, excavation, and laboratory analysis, collections management, forensic recovery, Section 106 and CEQA regulatory compliance, Native American consultation, and project management. “After almost 30 years of environmental consulting, I know I have finally landed in the right place at Rincon! I am very excited to begin a new chapter in my career, and look forward working with the amazing team that Rincon has assembled,” said Mr. Vargas. He continued, “With the opening of our office in Redlands, I am looking forward to the opportunity to help Rincon continue its history of excellent work in the Inland Empire, and to expand our capabilities in this quickly growing region.”
