Biological Resources Assessment Services & Third Party Review, Ventura County - County of Ventura

Rincon Consultants has provided on-call biological consulting services to the County of Ventura since 1997. These services include reviewing baseline biological surveys and impact assessments for over 55 projects to ensure that they met California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements. Rincon identified, observed, and anticipated special-status species, communities of special-concern, jurisdictional drainages and wetlands, wildlife corridors, nesting birds, protected trees, and environmentally sensitive habitats. On behalf of the County, Rincon also completed third party reviews for a number of various biological reports.
