Surveys for Threatened and Endangered Birds, Southern and Central California - Multiple Clients

Rincon has expertise in conducting focused protocol surveys for threatened and endangered bird species throughout southern and central California, including but not limited to, coastal California gnatcatcher, least Bell's vireo, and southwestern willow flycatcher. Surveys for these species are necessary for compliance with the federal and California Endangered Species Acts, and require 10(a)(1)(A) permits and Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) from federal and state agencies. Recent representative projects for which surveys were conducted include the San Luis Rey River Trail in the City of Oceanside, San Diego County, and the La Baya Park project in the City of Westlake Village, Los Angeles County.
