City of Los Angeles Contract Planning Services - City of Los Angeles

Rincon Consultants and a team of planners working under our direction conducted policy and ordinance review, drafted recommendations and presented projects at public hearings for numerous condominium projects under the purview of the Planning Department's Division of Land unit. Projects ranged from simple condominium conversions to complex, multi-unit projects on constrained parcels, often with variances and standards modifications. Tasks included coordination with a variety of City departments and elected and appointed officials. Under the same contract Rincon is currently assisting the City with their environmental review backlog by peer-reviewing applicant-submitted EIRs as an extension of City staff.
