Rite-Aid Air Quality Analysis - City of Covina

Rincon prepared an air quality analysis of a proposed Rite-Aid pharmacy in West Covina that included analysis of both construction and operational impacts. The analysis, performed in accordance with South Coast Air Quality Management District specifications, included an analysis of regional air quality impacts as well as localized carbon monoxide concentrations associated with a proposed drive-through window.
