Each year, the Rincon Consultants, Inc. team selects organizations to make charitable donations to over the holidays that resonate with our core values. This initiative has grown organically and provides an opportunity for us to collectively give back to our communities. In past years, each Rincon office has picked a local organization and hosted food and toy drives. Last year, our staff combined their efforts and collectively made over 100 contributions totaling $19,096, far exceeding our goal of $10,000. Combined with the $15,000 donation and personal match from Rincon’s Executive Team, our grand total contribution was $34,096. 

This year, we will carry on our tradition of giving and will be matching staff donations up to $10,000 to the Center for Community Change Action and the California Association of Food Banks. We have selected these organizations because they align directly with our mission and core values. The Center for Community Change Action builds the power and capacity of low-income people, especially low-income people of color, to change the policies and institutions that impact their lives, whereas the California Association of Food Banks leads a collective effort to end hunger in California.
