Rincon's 2022 Charity Drive
with Rincon matching donations up to 25k!Each year, the Rincon Consultants, Inc. team selects an organization to make charitable donations over the holidays. Over the years, Rincon has chosen organizations to donate to that resonate with our core values – an initiative that has grown organically and provides an opportunity for us to collectively give back to our communities. Last year, our staff combined their efforts and collectively made over 52 contributions totaling $16,839. Rincon matched staff donations of up to $10,000 to benefit the Center for Community Change Action and the California Association of Food Banks.
For Rincon’s 6th Annual Charity Drive, we are proudly continuing the tradition of giving and will be matching staff donations up to $25,000 to the Rincon Environment and Climate Heroes (REACH) Scholarship! The REACH scholarship program is an endowment fund through the Ventura County Community Foundation to provide financial and optional mentorship support to students who are aspiring environmental professionals. Through the REACH Scholarship, we are working toward diversifying our industry. Research has shown that a diverse workforce increases creativity and innovation, resulting in greater professional growth opportunities. Diverse perspectives also lead to more informed decision-making. The endowment program will also create a legacy for students for years to come.
