We are thrilled to introduce a valuable addition to Rincon’s Transportation team, Kim Avila, AICP ENV SP, Principal of Transportation Environmental Planning! She will lead the development of Rincon’s Southern California transportation program and support the Northern California transportation program in coordination with other Rincon Market leaders. With over 30 years of experience in CEQA, NEPA, and environmental permitting experience, Kim will further build our momentum in the sector and allow us to better serve our clients.
