Candace joins the Rincon team as a Principal with 25 years in cultural resources . Her experience has been honed through extensive involvement in technical and regulatory oversight of major water, energy, and transportation projects. As a new Principal leading our cultural resources group, Candace will foster collaborative relationships with clients based on shared objectives in project implementation, programmatic cultural resources management, and solution-oriented teamwork. Margo brings 14 years of experience in built environment surveys, evaluation of historic-era resources, and preparation of cultural resources technical studies. In her role as Principal in the Sacramento region, she will be responsible for the overall management and mentorship of our cultural resources group in NorCal. Margo will enhance Rincon’s entrepreneurial spirit with her excellent business development skills. Demonstrating a proactive approach, she is already pursuing a range of exciting opportunities that will further strengthen our position as a leader in the industry! Welcome, Margo!

Monica’s addition to Rincon marks a significant step for our Cultural Resources team. With over 25 years of experience in the environmental industry, her career is marked by the successful direction of hundreds of cultural resources projects, navigating complex local, state, and federal regulatory requirements across residential/commercial/industrial development, energy, land management, transportation, and water markets. Monica’s strength lies in assisting clients in identifying solutions to complex, and often controversial, cultural resources issues. She has a proven track record of project delivery while building and inspiring the teams that she works with. In addition to supporting our cultural resources team, Monica will be working across markets to support the delivery of Rincon’s large programs. Her joining Rincon is a testament to our commitment to excellence and leadership in the environmental sector.
