Rincon is pleased to announce that Ronald Sattan has joined the firm as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), underscoring Rincon’s commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and future-focused service delivery.

As Rincon’s CTO, Ron will lead the firm’s digital transformation strategy, shaping how technology supports collaboration, decision-making, and the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. His role spans firmwide technology strategy, data and analytics governance, and the thoughtful integration of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, into Rincon’s services.

Ron brings more than three decades of experience in digital strategy, technology leadership, and product-enabled service delivery within professional services and AEC environments. Throughout his career, Ron has been known for building and mentoring cross-functional teams, partnering closely with practice and operations leaders, and fostering cultural adoption of new technologies through training, storytelling, and phased rollouts.

Ron’s appointment represents an important step in Rincon’s continued growth and evolution, strengthening the firm’s ability to deliver innovative, data-informed, and community-focused solutions.
