Water Supply
Rincon analyzes the CEQA-related environmental impacts of projects that would affect local water supplies, such as water treatments systems to remove contaminants from groundwater, replacements of mains and pipelines that convey drinking water, and water appropriations and diversions. Where construction may affect biological resources, we can assess project sites for sensitive species and habitats. Rincon’s expertise allows us to help our clients meet their current and future water needs by proving effective and workable solutions that meet the technical, regulatory, economic, and environmental challenges facing water managers.
